Return/Refund Policy

• For Defective Claims: Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
• All items must have never been worn, unwashed, unaltered and have the original tags attached along with the original receipt.
• Returns must be received within 14 days of purchase date.
• Credit will be issued in the form of Store Credit Only. If your item does not meet the above criteria, please do not attempt to return, as it will be rejected by our Returns Department.
• All sell items, shoes, leggings, jewelry,watchbands,scarves, belts, sunglasses, purses and bralettes are FINAL SALE.
• The customer is responsible for shipping cost as well as, products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Alma Mae Boutique.
• Once we receive your return, you will be issued store credit for the cost of the item plus tax. We do not issue credit for shipping charges. Please allow 3 business days for this.
• Exchanges we cannot provide due to limited inventory.
How To Make A Return:
• Before you make a return, be sure to read over our return policy and make sure you meet the guidelines.
• Include your invoice slip that arrived with your package with your return.
• Mail the return along with the original receipt to the store address on the invoice.
